Included Minor Maintenance
- Secure loose nails
- Tighten loose screws
- Minor adjustments completed during inspections
The Fine Print
Minor Maintenance Included
- Securing loose nails.
- Tightening or replacing loose screws.
- Applying sealant, silicone, or caulk.
- Replacing a limited number of shingles.
- Making other minor roofing adjustments that can reasonably be completed during the service visit with available materials and equipment.
Once either the 100-square-foot limit or $250.00 repair-value limit has been reached during a Plan Year, additional work will no longer be considered included maintenance and will instead be treated as a separate repair.
Repairs Requiring Additional Work
Contractor will notify the Homeowner, provide recommendations, pricing, and a separate Maintenance/Repair Contract for approval.
Authorization of Additional Repairs
Additional work requiring labor, materials, equipment, or multiple visits requires written approval.
Payment Terms for Additional Repairs
Net 15 Days. Payment in full due within fifteen (15) calendar days from invoice date.
Insurance Reporting
Inspection reports may assist with insurance documentation but do not guarantee claim approval.
Limitations
This plan is a maintenance and inspection program and is not a warranty or insurance policy.
